Our Initiatives
Programs driving positive change in communities across the nation
T4C Village
The Talent4Change Village is our movement to reunite The Village — YOU, WE, are THE VILLAGE. It brings together volunteers and members who commit to being W.O.K.E.: Willing to volunteer, Open hearted, Knowingly committed to creating change, and carrying an Evolved attitude. Members use their unique talents to serve others, spread awareness, and solve our own community problems together. Villages are growing in Miami, Oberlin, and Puerto Rico — and there’s always room for one more.

Change Rover
The Change Rover is a vehicle used to deliver workshops and social impact services directly to communities. It can be sponsored by organizations and individuals who can determine the workshop focus and target demographic. Through the Change Rover, we bring education, creativity, and empowerment directly to the neighborhoods that need it most.

Stylist Boost
Stylist Boost provides free cosmetology, grooming, and fashion services to boost confidence and self-esteem for youth and homeless individuals across South Florida. Through our #BuzzItForward campaign, we combine grooming services with life skills mentorship, building confidence and community connections one haircut at a time. Featured at events like the Save Our Sons Youth Summit at the Overtown Youth Center in Miami.
Para Nuestra Gente!
Our Puerto Rico-focused initiative, also known as T4C Enchanted Island, is dedicated to helping people in Puerto Rico feed their families and rebuild their communities. In collaboration with the Puerto Rico Relief Committee, we have distributed food and essential supplies to prevent waste and ensure families have what they need to thrive.

Service to Charities
Service to Charities is one of the many ways we show up for our community. We partner with and volunteer alongside local charities and grassroots organizations — packing and distributing donations, staffing community drives, and lending our people and resources wherever they're needed most. When another organization is doing good work, we're proud to stand beside them and help amplify their impact.
Event Management
From youth summits and community festivals to fundraisers and awareness campaigns, our Event Management initiative plans and runs events that unite and uplift. We handle everything from logistics and coordination to volunteer staffing and on-site production, creating well-organized, memorable experiences that bring people together and advance our mission of positive change.
